Island Cart Rentals: Rules and Regulations

Please take a moment to read this important information:

All drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
Drive on the left side of the road and use hand signals while turning. Follow all other traffic rules.
Absolutely no traffic in the town area. The carts are allowed on the southern side of the island only, from the Post Office south (see island map). You are required to park the cart in either the parking lot in front of the Hope Town Harbour Lodge (Sunshine Parking Lot) or the parking area in front of the post office and walk through the town area.
No more than 4 adults per cart.
You are responsible for any damage to the cart and to other persons or property.

Cancellation fee is $50.00 per cart if request is received 7 days or more prior to rental commencement date.
No refund will be issued if cancellation is made less then 7 days prior to rental commencement.
If you are delayed please call us, we will hold your reservation ONLY until 9AM of the morning after your rental was to begin.
